Language & Currency
We provide both English & Chinese languages for customers. If you are international customer, please use English language version ( by click the GBR flag in languages block) then you would see a whole English website. For the local & international buyer, the currencies including NTD & USD. It is automatic expressed when you choice the language type:
1. Some of the payment modes and NT dollar price now on the web are only adapted of local sales for Taiwan customers.
2. If you are oversea customer, please use English language version ( by click the GBR flag in languages block) for check out process. The website will show the shipping modes and costs for oversea customers.
Payment
We accept the USD payment by Paypal: A handling charge of USD $5. would be needed.
Pre-order notice
We provide all pre-release items order from manufacturers or agents with a pre-order categories. All customers should read as follows before you pick up a pre-order item:

The product cannot be cancelled or returned after the order has been placed unless the product is defective.

Manufacturer order deadline is expressed as YYYY/MM/DD. We strongly recommend that you order the product before this day. We will still accept orders after this date, but fulfillment will not be guaranteed.

Estimated time to arrived our store: Japan realease schedule + estimated shipping time to Taiwan.

The pre-order price only for pre-order customer, when product launched, price may different.

Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please use the support ticket to us the order number & the product condition within 7 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If we authorize a return, we will provide you with a mail and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged / defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s).
If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via regular Air Mail (not EMS) ONLY. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement, If we don't have other one, we will authorizing a refund to you by Paypal or let you pick up other products. We will inform you by mail in this situation.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.
Attension: We do not return or refund for the situations as follows:
